Further searches were carried out at the Golf Links Road by members of the Divisional Search Team and Garda Dog Unit.
A section of the road was closed off as part of the operation.
Gardaí say they are following more than 200 lines of inquiry locally, nationally and internationally.
Superintendent Eamon O'Neill, who is heading up the investigation, said they are treating the disappearance with the seriousness it deserves, and will continue until they know what happened to her.
Supt O'Neill added that weather was very good and allowed them to complete what they wanted to get done.
Ms Satchwell, nee Dingivan, is originally from Fermoy, Co Cork.
She is described as 1.70m (5'6") tall, of medium build with blonde shoulder-length hair and blue eyes.
She had been living in the east Cork town for around two years.
She was reported missing by her husband, Richard Satchwell, on 24 March - four days after he arrived home from a shopping trip to find her gone.
