Two men have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder after a loaded firearm was seized in south Dublin.
The discovery was made on the Kylemore Road after a van was stopped by the Emergency Response Unit at around 8pm.
The two men, aged 34 and 38, are being held at Crumlin Garda Station.
