A man arrested as part of the investigation the death of a woman in Co Kilkenny has been released without charge.
The 30-year-old was arrested after Rita Apine, 29, was found on Sunday in a house in Freshford with serious injuries.
She was taken to St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny, but pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
A file has been prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
