More than 100 workers are to take strike action at a centre for people with intellectual disabilities in Gorey, Co Wexford.
Four separate 24-hour work stoppages are planned at St Aidan's Day Care Centre over the next month in protest at the non-payment of increments.
An invitation to attend talks at the Workplace Relations Commission tomorrow has been extended to both sides and it is expected all parties will attend.
However, union officials insist that today's scheduled strike will still go ahead.
