The head of TG4 has announced he is to step down from his role in September after 17 years at the helm of the Irish-language station.
Pól Ó Gallchóir has been director general of TG4 since April 2000.
Chair of TG4 Siún Ní Raghallaigh praised Mr Ó Gallchóir's contribution to the channel and "his dedication to Irish language broadcasting".
In a statement, TG4 said the vacancy for the next director general will be advertised shortly.
