IT company Kellton Tech has said it will create 100 jobs in Drogheda over five years.
It is establishing its European, Middle Eastern and African headquarters in the town.
The company provides business services with a focus on social, mobile, cloud, analytics and the internet of things.
Minister for Jobs Richard Bruton said: "At the heart of our jobs plan is our determination to accelerate job-creation in cities, towns and villages across the country, and that is why we have put in place the regional jobs plans."
Kellton Tech Managing Director Krishna Chintam said that Ireland is home to one of Europe's best multilingual, tech talent pool.
He said it will act as their springboard to make inroads into the European market and beyond.
The development is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation through IDA Ireland.
