Fianna Fáil will seek to establish a Commission of Investigation into the sale of NAMA's Northern Ireland property portfolio, known as Project Eagle, in the Dáil next week.

The party will table a Private Members' motion looking for the Commission of Investigation into Project Eagle during its Private Members' time next Thursday.

The Dáil debate, two days after the budget, will ensure the controversy over NAMA and the €1.6 billion sale to winning bidder Cerberus continues.

According to the Dáil schedule for next week, the debate is scheduled to commence at 10.45am on Thursday.

The motion has been tabled in the name of all Fianna Fáil TDs.
