Traffic was disrupted for a time in north Dublin today after a giant inflatable Minion flew onto the Swords road.
The 40ft inflatable character was deflated by gardaí who attended the scene.
The Minion was part of a nearby funfair that was taking place.
Nobody was injured in the incident.

However, Local Councillor Paul McAuliffe has raised concerns about how the large object ended up on a busy main road.
He said: "This afternoon's incident on the Swords Road in Santry, which saw a giant inflatable Minion escape from its harness and tumble onto a busy local road, may at first glance seem like a humorous social media story but it could have been a far more serious incident."

Cllr McAuliffe said he has referred the incident to the City Council's planning enforcement department to investigate if the inflatable cartoon character was the subject of any planning regulation.
He also said he would be investigating if appropriate health and safety measures were in place.
