Campaign groups against the payment of water charges gathered in Dublin today to organise a nationwide boycott of charges.
The meeting aimed to bring groups from around the country together.
Anti-Austerity Alliance TD Paul Murphy said this is a "crucial" time in their campaign.
He said today's meeting would give people the information and confidence to boycott the bills.
Up to 250 people attended the event.
Irish Water began sending out bills to Irish households in April.
