The funeral service of broadcaster Derek Davis has taken place in Dublin.
Chief mourners were his wife Una, sons Michael, Colm and Sean, his daughter-in-law Gina and grandson Mikey.
President Michael D Higgins was represented by his aide-de-camp Lieutenant Commander Patricia Butler, the Taoiseach by Commandant Kieran Carey.

RTÉ was represented by Deputy Director-General Kevin Bakhurst, RTÉ Television MD Glen Killane and Head of RTÉ Radio 1 Tom McGuire.
A great number of Mr Davis' former colleagues were also in attendance including Gay Byrne, Anne Doyle, Charlie Bird, Seán Duignan, Conor Kavanagh and Des Cahill.
Also in attendance were friends including Tom McGurk and Fr Brian D'Arcy.
Mr Davis' son Michael said he could not have wished for a better father, teacher and friend and said it had been a privilege to have been his son.
His son Colm spoke of his father's great wit and generosity, and Mr Davis' son Sean spoke of his father's decency and strong moral compass.
His friend Conor Kavanagh described him as a cheerful and empathetic person who kept family uppermost in his mind, while his friend Brendan Keenan said Mr Davis did not just make a success of everything he did, he made life-long friends when he did it.
Mr Davis, 67, died on 13 May following a short illness.
