A woman in her 80s has died in a house fire in Limerick city.
Three units of the fire brigade attended the scene in O'Curry Place in the city at around 8pm this evening after a house went on fire.
The victim was found inside.
An investigation is under way into the cause of the blaze, but it is understood it was not suspicious.
