Two more workers who were videoed by the RTÉ Investigations Unit at the Áras Attracta facility in Co Mayo will be withdrawn from duties there early next week, according to the HSE.
A spokesperson said the move would bring to 13 the number of workers removed following the broadcast of 'Inside Bungalow 3' on last Tuesday's Prime Time.
He said the decision was taken after the HSE completed its viewing of some 200 hours of footage shot using hidden cameras at the facility in Swinford.
The programme showed three older women residents with intellectual disabilities being psychologically and physically abused by carers and at least one nurse.
The HSE spokesman said most of the 13 people concerned are staff while a small number are workers supplied by an outside agency.
