Fuel retailer Topaz is to open two service stations in Dublin and Laois.
The new stations will see the creation of 110 full-time jobs.
The stations will be at Clonshaugh in Dublin and at Junction 3 on the Dublin-Cork motorway near Ballacolla in Laois.
Both stations are due to open in January.
