Homeowners in Fingal County Council will have their Local Property Tax bills cut 15% next year.
This evening 31 councillors in Fingal voted in favour of the 15% cut at a special council meeting on the issue.
It comes a day after the other three councils in the capital voted to lower the tax by 15%.
Local authorities have until the end of this month to advise Revenue of the adjustment they intend to apply, if any.
