Motorists face new traffic restrictions in the College Green area of Dublin city centre to allow for work on the Luas Cross City scheme.
Only one lane will be available to cars and buses travelling north to Westmoreland Street in front of the Bank of Ireland.
The southbound lanes through College Green will remain open.
