The families of some of the victims of the Stardust tragedy have said they will picket the Department of Justice unless the Minister of Justice agrees to meet them.
The Stardust Justice Campaign is calling on Frances Fitzgerald to hold a Commission of Investigation that would examine the cause of the fire and how subsequent investigations into the tragedy were handled.
The group claims that new evidence has emerged in relation to the event that killed 48 people in February 1981.
The original tribunal found that the fire was probably started deliberately.
However, an investigation in 2009 found that there was no evidence to support the theory of arson.
