Two men in their 40s have been arrested over the murder of Michael Kelly in Dublin on 15 July.
The men were arrested this morning in Dublin and are being held at Kevin Street and Kilmainham garda stations.
Mr Kelly, 27, was shot dead near the junction of Suir Road and Davitt Road, which is close to the Red Luas line.
