A woman in her 70s has died following a house fire in Bray, Co Wicklow.
It is believed the fire at Waverly Terrace broke out at about 1.20am.
Two other people in the house, a man and a woman both aged in their 80s, escaped the blaze. They were taken to Loughlinstown Hospital.
The scene has been preserved and a technical examination was to take place. Gardaí are not treating it as suspicious.
