The Central Bank has confirmed that it has formally signed a deal purchasing the incomplete Anglo Irish Bank HQ on the quays for €7m from the National Asset Management Agency.
In a statement, the Central Bank said it was its intention to complete the construction of the existing building on the site at North Wall Quay.
The bank said it was its intention to relocate to the building as its headquarters.
