A marketing software provider is to create 150 jobs in Dublin.
HubSpot is to open its new European headquarters in the capital in January 2013.
The announcement was made by Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton and IDA Chief Executive Barry O'Leary.
HubSpot said it serves nearly 8,000 customers in 56 countries.
