Ireland's Jason Smyth followed in the footsteps of Usain Bolt by completing a London 2012 sprint double.
The 25-year-old, the fastest Paralympian in the world, added the 200m crown to his 100m title with another dominant display.
Earlier, Mark Rohan won a gold medal in the hand cycling road race.
Smyth was the only one in the final to have gone under 22 seconds, and this was, on paper, a formality for the Derry athlete.
And so it proved as the sprinter, who trains in Florida with Tyson Gay, the joint second-fastest man of all time, clocked 21.05 seconds, 0.90 secs ahead of second place and 0.38 secs quicker than his old world best mark.
Russians Alexey Labzin and Artem Loginov were the men to fill the minor places.
Victory for Smyth, who is visually impaired because of Stargardt disease, means he has successfully defended both T13 titles he won four years ago in Beijing.
Hand cyclist Rohan completed the 48km Men's Individual H1 Road Race in a time of 1.53.09.
On Wednesday, the Westmeath man won gold in the time trial event in Brands Hatch.
Elsewhere, discus thrower Catherine O'Neill won a silver medal in the F51/52/53 event.
O’Neill finished second to Britain's Josie Pearson with 880 points and a mark of 5.66m, which was a season's best.
The Paralympics conclude on Sunday.
