One of the biggest fires that Northern Ireland has ever tackled has been extinguished.
23 fire appliances and 100 fire fighters were called out to a blaze at a clothes recycling warehouse near Newry, Co Down.
The fire was reported to the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service at 11pm.
It was extinguished just before 6am this morning.
Chief Fire Officer for Northern Ireland Chris Kerr said it is one of the biggest incidents the NIFRS has attended in many years.
Mr Kerr said: ''While there is significant damage to property we have managed to save at least 50% of this major commercial enterprise."
Units were involved in pumping water over many miles to provide vital water supplies to the incident.
Fire Crews were also assisted by local residents and businesses with access to water supplies.
A number of Fire Appliances will remain at the scene throughout the day as a precautionary measure.
