The independent report on the location for the new National Children's Hospital is due to go to the Health Minister tomorrow.
A spokesperson for Minister James Reilly said the report would then be analysed and clarifications may need to be sought.
It will then go to Cabinet.
Around 40 sites have been proposed or submitted to the Independent Review Group set up to recommend options for the location.
