Television chef Jamie Oliver is to open a restaurant in Dublin with the creation of up to 75 new jobs.
The Italian restaurant will open in the autumn and will be located in Dundrum Town Centre.
A spokesperson for the project said senior chefs and managers are now being recruited, and work is under way to identify Irish food suppliers.
