The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland has received correspondence from RTÉ in respect of its investigation into the Prime Time Investigates programme ''Mission to Prey''.
RTÉ has requested that the BAI deal with the matter under Section 55(2) of the Broadcasting Act.
In a statement, the regulator said RTÉ's correspondence will be considered by the Authority in due course.
