Over 11,000 property owners have paid the €11 penalty for late registration for the Household Charge.
According to the Local Government Management Agency, 648,739 properties have been registered online and had their payments processed.
A further 153,000 postal applications are still to be processed.
The total estimated number of properties registered is now 890,184.
14,445 properties have been given a waiver and around 74,000 property owners handed in forms to their local authority.
A total of 11,425 property owners have paid up since the end of March and paid the €11 penalty.
