Taoiseach Enda Kenny rang the opening bell of the New York Stock Exchange today in the latest leg of his US tour.
The second Irish day at the New York stock exchange brought a significant contingent of businessmen and women from Ireland as well as a number of American corporate executives.
Some of the executives said they found the event useful and would follow up with job offers and further contacts.
Mr Kenny reiterated that Ireland is ready and eager to accept US investment.
