Nominations for the leadership of the Ulster Unionist Party close later today.
The Strangford MLA and former UTV broadcaster, Mike Nesbitt, and the South Down Assembly member, John McCallister, have so far declared their intentions to run.
The Northern Ireland Regional Development Minister, Danny Kennedy, decided not put his name forward for the leadership contest.
The new leader will be elected on 31 March.
