A financial services firm has announced plans to add 300 jobs at its Dublin operations.

HedgeServ, which administers hedge funds, has increased its Irish workforce by 150 over the past 12 months, and now employs 230 people at its office in St Stephen's Green.

Today, it said it was on track for continued growth in Ireland and would add another 300 jobs. The expansion is being supported by IDA Ireland.

Jim Kelly, the chairman and co-founder of HedgeServ, said the company's growth in Dublin had exceeded all expectations.

Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton welcomed the announcement.
