A man believed to be in his late 40s has died after falling into the sea at Bundoran, Co Donegal.
It is thought the man had been fishing from rocks when he was swept into the water.
The alarm was raised at around 6pm this evening.
He was taken to Sligo General Hospital in a critical condition.
He was pronounced dead a short time later.
