A woman in her 70s has died in a house fire in Loughrea, Co Galway.
The fire was reported at the house on the Old Galway Road at around 1.30am.
The woman's husband and grandson were also in the house at the time.
They were taken to Galway University Hospital where their condition has been described as stable.
Gardaí are investigating the cause of the fire, which they say was accidental.
