Loughlinstown - Protest over planned cuts

A protest against plans to cut emergency services at St Columcille's Hospital in Dublin has taken place this afternoon.

The provision of 24 hour emergency department services at the Loughlinstown hospital is to end this year.

It will be replaced with a day time minor injury service.

The hospital dealt with over 21,000 emergency department cases last year.
