A private English language school based in Dublin has shut down suddenly.
According to a notice on the FETAC website, the Dublin Business and Language College has ceased trading.
FETAC is the state body responsible for Further Education and training qualifications. DBL ran courses accredited by the agency.
On its website, FETAC says all providers are required to have arrangements in place to protect learners in the event of sudden closure.
It is understood some students at DBL are concerned they may not receive a refund for fees of around €1,800 that they paid to the college recently.
The college has not made any comment on the closure.
