Builders and sub-contractors on three new schools in the midlands have said they are prepared to disrupt the staging of the Leaving Cert exams.
They said they will take the action of the Government fails to takes steps to retrieve over €3m they are owed.
Pierce Construction went into liquidation last November but was involved in a public-private partnership to build the schools.
Workers told Taoiseach Brian Cowen today that they wanted the company's banks to pay them back the money they are entitled to.
