A man has died following a road crash in Co Mayo.
The 23-year-old was critically injured when the car he was driving hit a ditch near the village of Bohola at around midnight last night.
He was taken to Mayo General Hospital in Castlebar where he died early this morning.
Gardaí in Swinford say a section of the road between Swinford and Ballavarry will remain closed for several hours and diversion are in place.
