The body of a woman has been found at the scene of a house fire in Co Donegal.
The body of the 50-year-old woman, who had been living alone, was found this morning at the house in Carndonagh.
Gardaí have cordoned off the scene and are carrying out a technical examination.
The State Pathologist is expected in Co Donegal later today to carry out a post mortem examination.
