An appeal has been launched for information about a 29-year-old woman who disappeared in Co Mayo 10 years ago.
Sandra Collins was last seen in the Killala area on 4 December 2000.
In a joint appeal by Crimestoppers and gardaí today, Superintendent Peter O’Boyle said Sandra visited a shop in Killala at 7.45pm that night and was last seen at a takeaway on George’s Street at 11pm.
‘We are very anxious to find out Sandra’s whereabouts between 7.45pm and 11pm and at any time during the day or night of her disappearance’, he said.
Supt O’Boyle said: ‘If you saw Sandra between those times, either on her own or with someone else, but were unable to come forward at the time, please do so now’.
