Gardaí and the fire brigade are investigating the cause of a fire at St Mary's Cathedral in Killarney, Co Kerry.
The fire was confined to the sacristy and brought under control by fire crews from Killarney, Tralee and Killorglin.
The cathedral itself was not damaged in the blaze, which was discovered at around 10.30am.
