A new fashion outlet in Dublin will create 250 new jobs.
US Fashion retailer Forever 21 is to open its first European outlet in the Jervis Shopping Centre next month.
The store will take over most of the space previously occupied by the Arnotts Project.
Forever 21 has over 500 shops in 15 countries.
