The death of a 21-year-old man whose body was found in Newbridge, Co Kildare, yesterday morning is being treated as suspicious by gardaí.
The body was found in a house at Moorefield Park.
A post-mortem examination established that he died from a stab wound.
The man was originally from Poland and had been living in Newbridge with his family for the past few years.
Gardaí are interviewing witnesses and carrying out house-to-house inquiries in the area.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the Moorefield Park estate between midnight and 5am yesterday morning has been asked to contact gardaí.
