Part of Belfast's Odyssey entertainment complex has gone into administration, with KPMG appointed to find a buyer.
The Odyssey Pavilion, which houses a number of bars and restaurants, is owned by property developer Peter Curistan, who is being forced to sell the asset.
It is estimated his Sheridan Millennium company owed Anglo Irish bank more than €80m.
The accountancy firm KPMG has been appointed to find a buyer for the Pavilion part of the Odyssey complex.
