Aer Lingus' annual report shows that its former chief executive Dermot Mannion was paid a total of €764,000 last year.
Mr Mannion, who left the company in April, was paid a salary of €132,000 for the period. He also received a payment in lieu of notice of €583,000.
Sean Coyle, who resigned at the end of last year, received €875,000, including €434,000 in lieu of notice.
Current chief executive Christoph Mueller, who was appointed in September, received €171,000.
The airline says no bonuses were paid to directors last year, while non-executive directors took two reductions in fees last year.
