Online payment company PayPal plans to add 100 new jobs in customer service and operations at its European Centre of Excellence in Blanchardstown in Dublin.
PayPal, which is owned by online auction company eBay, already employs more than 950 people at the site.
The new positions are for people fluent in English as well as a second European language.
The European Centre of Excellence was officially launched in March, when PayPal announced an investment of €15m.
The Dublin centre manages all direct customer contact for PayPal's businesses across Europe.
The company expects more than half of its growth over the next three years will be from outside the US.
Vice President of PayPal European Operations Uwe Heddendorp said: 'We have a fantastic team in Dublin made up of highly motivated individuals who put our customers at the centre of everything we do.'
