A man’s body has been discovered at a waste recycling facility outside Listowel, Co Kerry.
The body is believed to have been in a waste bin which was emptied into a refuse truck.
The waste was then brought to the South-West recycling compound at Kilmorna to be separated.
The body was discovered by workers at the site shortly before 5pm this evening.
The truck had been collecting waste from around Listowel throughout the day.
The plant has been sealed off and the man's body has been removed.
