Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg has claimed victory for the centre-left in a tight general election.
Mr Stoltenberg said his Labour party would sit down with its two junior partners for coalition talks.
'We will start the work on a new government platform. I'm confident we'll succeed, as we've had four years of experience with this,' he told a news conference.
With almost all of the votes counted following yesterday's polling, Mr Stoltenberg's coalition holds a slim but unassailable majority in parliament over the centre-right.
Mr Stoltenberg's Labour-led coalition won 86 of the parliament's 169 seats. It was one less than they won four years ago, but was enough for re-election.
It is the first Norwegian government to win re-election in 16 years.
