Cork truck robbery investigated

A burglary this morning at a business compound in Buttevant, Co Cork, is being investigated.

At around 6.15am the compound at Currymount was broken into.

An unknown number of people stole a truck filled with aluminium frames from the site.

Gardaí believe the truck, a white open Mercedes with 'Leisure Domes Ltd' written across the front, might still be in Cork or nearby counties.

Any sightings of the truck, registration 96 LK 1608, or any other information on the burglary can be passed onto gardaí at Mallow on 022 31452.
