Carroll Joinery workers held protests in Ballingarry and Dublin today in a dispute with management over severance pay.
Workers picket outside the plant in Ballingarry and also at the firm's head office in Park West, Dublin.
50 workers are in dispute with management over their refusal to implement a Labour Court recommendation for severance pay of four weeks per year of service.
The company, which manufactures doors, windows and other joinery products, closed the Ballingarry plant on 17 July.
A large number of supporters joined the protest in Dublin, which is now in its fourth week.
A SIPTU spokesperson says they plan to continue the pickets until they get a resolution.
