Coláiste Bhríde in Ranafast, Co Donegal, is to close tomorrow and the remaining 275 students will be sent home.
Two students at the college have tested positive for the swine flu virus.
Over 30 children have been sent home since Monday with suspected influenza A(H1N1) symptoms.
Parents have also been removing their children from the Irish college, where the course was due to run until 16 August.
Elsewhere, one student has tested postive for the virus at Coláiste Mhachaire Rabhartaigh, Cloughaneely.
Two other students suspected of having the virus were sent home today and ten were sent home yesterday. The results of their tests are expected by tomorrow.
The college has no plans at present to close.
