Jarveys have secured a temporary injunction from the High Court that will allow them to drive their horse drawn carriages into Killarney National Park in Co Kerry.
Bollards were raised at entrances to the park last Tuesday.
The court heard the measure arose out of the jarveys refusal to attach dung catchers to their horse-drawn carriages.
A group of 27 jarveys were today granted an interim injunction restraining the National Parks and Wildlife Service from barring access to the park.
