The death toll in this week's rail disaster in Italy rose to 21 after a woman and a young man who each suffered serious burns died in hospital.
Another 11 people remain in a very serious condition in hospitals across northern Italy.
The woman died late last night, while the young man passed away early this morning.
The accident happened after a train carrying liquid petroleum gas derailed in the town of Viareggio on Monday causing a giant fireball.
A number of the victims have not yet been identified due to the extensive nature of the burns they suffered.
